Audience analysis is the starting point for any music magazine. You need to figure out your audiences demographics: how old they are, where they work, what they earn, where they live, anything that's appropriate. The more that you understand your audience the better are your chances of capturing their attention.The success or failure of any music magazine hangs on the intrest that you generate in your audience. This can only be accomplished by knowing who they are. The following process is essential to developing your magazine content that will capture and hold your audience.
This will create intrest in the media product and will determine how succesful it will be. So when creating my media product i will create questionnaires or poles for my target audience and find out their preferences in order to determine the success of my media product.
